Your name and email address, and your practice name if you work in dentistry. If you choose to give them: who you spoke to on our stand, whether you would like a call, your role, practice postcode, mobile number and which opening order interests you. We also record when you sent the form, the page address, any campaign tags in the link you used, and your browser type, so we can tell which flyer or link brought you here.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with Natch Labs GmbH or any other brand. We use two service providers who process it on our instructions: Supabase, which stores the form entries in its London data centre, and Cloudflare, which hosts this page. Where a provider may access data from outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
If you do not become a customer, we delete your details 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for the account and for our legal and tax records. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to sales@orasoma.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before.

No. We need your name and email (and practice name for trade enquiries) to do what you asked. Everything else is optional. We do not make automated decisions about you.
